2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the appeal.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit of this petition and the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for not filing the appeal within the statutory period. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
