This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent vide Na.Ka.No.40/ Ka.AA.V.MAAN. Ka. NE/2024 dated 10.06.2024 and to quash the same and also to direct the third respondent herein to give police protection during Aadalum Padalum Program to be conducted on 24.06.2024 in Maariyamman Temple festival at Govinddhakudi village,

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
