Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the present contempt 1/2

CONT.P.No.492 of 2014 petition is filed for non compliance of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 26802 of 2013. Subsequently, this Court by order dated 07.02.2014 had dismissed the writ petition in W.P.No. 26802 of 2013.

2. In the light of the final orders passed in the writ petition, the present contempt petition is closed.
