ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition imposed in para 6 (c) in Crl.O.P.No.7522 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026 instead report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., as once in a week at Sunday 10.30 a.m. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court only for 6 days from 01.05.2026.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7522 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026, is modified and the same is read as follows:

(i)that the first petitioner/Rajaram is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation;

(ii)that the second petitioner/Arun Raj is directed to appear before the Meenambakkam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation;

(ii)that the third petitioner/Mohanraj is directed to appear before the Thirukoilur Police Station daily at 10.30 2/4

a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation;

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified. 07.05.2026 ssi To 1.The Sub-Inspector of Police, Kalamaruthur Police Station, Kallakurichi District.
