ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 05.11.2014 given by the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen from the complaint that there was a dispute between two fractions in a political party election. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two persons were injured in the scuffle.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.794 of 2014 before the 2nd respondent. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
