PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to include the Secondary Grade Teachers working under the Government Schools also for consideration against the 10% reservation earmarked in the direct recruitment for appointment as PG Assistant along with Secondary Grade Teachers working under the Schools with Panchayat Union, Municipalities and Corporations.
