ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 26.03.2015 to the respondents, seeking to re-lay the road leading to Survey Nos.389/1, 391/1, 392/1, 359/1 in Kadathur Vaikkaikattukottai Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Villupuram District. As there was no response from the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the first respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
