ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30/12/2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. It is seen that the petition enquiry in CSR No.1230/2014 is pending. Hence, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.1230/2014 expeditiously and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
