Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to extend the time granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District in Crl.M.P.No.1667 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to comply with the condition imposed by the court below while allowing the application filed by the petitioner for return of vehicle. The Court below while allowing the application under Section 451 Cr.P.C., seeking for return of vehicle by order dated 17.08.2020, had imposed certain conditions and one such condition was that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the Chief Educational Officer, Krishnagiri.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not able to comply with this condition due to the pandemic situation and seeks for extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to comply with condition No.1 imposed by the Court below while passing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders in Crl.M.P.No.1667 of 2020, dated 17.08.2020, on or before 18.01.2021. The other conditions imposed by the Court below will stand as it is.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
