Mr.K.P.Chandrasekaran, learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submits that D.V.C. No.52 of 2023 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, filed by the first respondent/wife against the revision petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn on July 23, 2024. Consequently, the relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. To that effect, the learned Counsel has made an endorsement in the case file.
