ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint made by the petitioner on 25.03.2015 and to investigate the same and to file a final report expeditiously within the time as stipulated by this Hon'ble court.
2. Heard Mr.K.Vivekanandhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Thangavel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry, that the cause of action in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner does not fall within the jurisdiction of Puducherry police.
4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional police and on the complaint being given the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
