Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider my representation dated 09.06.2014 and 16.07.2014 and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.07.2014, stating that one Mr.Boopalan, S/o.Janarthananan from Gudiyattam, Vellore District, is practicing as a Doctor at "Suvasam Maruthuva Manai" for day duty and "Vimala Medical Centre" for night duty at Trippur, Tamil Nadu as Child and Women Specialist without any eligibility nor enroll himself in Medical Council of India and Tamil Nadu Medical Council.

2. The allegations raised in the representation are serious. The writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the representation. In view of the fact that the allegations set out in the representations are serious, the respondents are directed to look into the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner on 09.06.2014 and 16.07.2014 and initiate all appropriate actions by following the procedures as contemplated under law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
