It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, a case in Cr.No.167 of 2015 has been registered for offences under Sections 294B, 323 and 324 IPC and Final Report has also been filed on 22.04.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
