(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that there has been only part removal of the encroachment in respect of the highway. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

26.04.2016, an affidavit was filed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways (C&M), Erode, requesting for one month's time to remove the entire encroachments in S.No.12, Talakulam Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District.

2.It appears that this one month has still not expired ! 3.We, thus, direct the necessary action to be completed within the maximum period of two (2) months from today.
