Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to reissue the petitioner's Passport 'bearing Passport No.T3550907' and permit the petitioner to go foreign for the period of 15 months.

The Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to reissue the Passport bearing No.T3550907 and permit him to go abroad for the period of 15 months.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents on instruction submits that the First Respondent has returned the Passport bearing No. T3550907 to the Petitioner and the same has been despatched to the Petitioner's residential address on 25.07.2019 and he has produced a copy of the covering letter dated 25.07.2019 sent to that effect. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent events. No costs.
