ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend time by 15 days for the petitioner herein to comply with the conditions imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8204 of 2026 by an order dated 01.04.2026. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is very ill having been diagnosed with cancer of the rectum and unable to comply the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 15.05.2026, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 30.04.2026 (1⁄2) rts
