DECREE: This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Wednesday, the Twenty Third day of February, Two Thousand and Twenty Two and upon perusing the grounds of appeal and the Judgment and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.G. Arulselvi, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.N.A.Nissar Hussain for Mr.N.A.Nissar Ahmed Advocate for the Respondents and this case having stood over for consideration till this day, and this Court doth order and Decree as follows:

1. That the Judgment and Decree made in A.S. No. 16/2010 dated 22.11.2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonamalee be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed;

2. That the Appellant herein/Plaintiffs do pay to the Respondent herein/Defendant for a sum of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) being the costs incurred in this Second Appeal.
