Respondents [R7 & R8 impleaded vide order dated 20.08.2019 in WMP No.24068 of 2019] Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to remove the unauthorised constructed temple on the drainage lane in front of the petitioner's residence and on the road which belongs to the respondents 1 to 4.

Mr.Prabakar states that the order has been complied with and relies upon a compliance report dated 14.10.2024 filed by respondent No.3, copy whereof is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

2. Ms.Vedavallikumar, counsel for petitioner states that during the course of removing the encroachment, even petitioner's legally constructed property has been illegally demolished, for which, petitioner has filed a separate petition.
