2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 09.09.2022 in this present petition. Accordingly, the following correction shall be incorporated in the order: (i) In paragraph No12, instead of "12. In view of the above, the proceedings in C.C.No.44 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai, is hereby quashed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed."

it should be corrected as, "12.
