2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, it is reported by Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent that the petitioner was tried and acquitted by the Judgment dated 16.05.2023 in S.T.C.No.16 of 2023, which has been challenged in this quash petition. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
