ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to enquire, investigate and register the complaint dated 02.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.1047/2014 and was closed on 2.12.2014. If it is so, the second respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
