O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 29 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent police for an alleged offences under Section 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of IPC.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that after completion of the investigation, a final report was filed before the said Land Grabbing Court. In view of the pending case before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the final report has not been taken cognizance by the Special Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The first respondent police is directed to take back the final report filed before the Land Grabbing Court and file the same before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Namakkal, which is the jurisdictional Court in this case. The Judicial Magistrate Court shall immediately proceed further in this case and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
