ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner herein obtained a decree before the Civil Court in the year 2007. In view of the said decree, he wants to take possession of the land and for which, he has filed this petition for police protection. 4.Since, the decree passed by the Civil Court is of the year 2007, blanket direction as prayed for the by petitioner cannot be granted and it is for the petitioner to work out his remedies before the Civil Court, if anybody is objecting his entry into the property in question.
5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
