The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file the appeal against the order dated 04.11.2022 made in C.C.No.6619 of 2017 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
