By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The Petitioner made a representation dated 09.12.2013 to the 3rd respondent seeking grant of licence to run his bunk https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shop. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is still pending and no order has been passed.

3. The respondents has not filed any counter affidavit till date. Considering the limited scope of the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the matter, this court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 09.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
