[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter Thailashree, and to handover the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was secured on 19.11.2020 and handed over to the petitioner. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this habeas corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
