ORDER
The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent/Police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6564 of 2026, dated 13.03.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for a period of two months.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the Condition No.7 (b) imposed on the petitioner in toto.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
