This Criminal Revision case has been filed by the petitioners seeking to enhance the maintenance awarded by the learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No.364 of 2016 dated 17.02.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file appropriate petition for enhancement of maintenance awarded by the trial court. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the petition today.
