Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings NS.2/Erode/Va-A/2016, dated 08.12.2016 and quash the same and consequently, directing the third respondent to conduct secret ballet election by adopting entire procedure by way of publishing voters list well in advance and election schedule dates.
