ORDER

By an earlier order dated 31.07.2018, a default order was passed, whereby, this Court granted time to pay the Batta as a last chance to the learned counsel for the petitioner and also directed him

to file a proof of compliance on or before 16.08.2018 if failing which, the above said Civil Revision Petition would stands dismissed automatically.

2.On verification of records, it is seen that the Batta was not paid within the stipulated time, though the default order had been passed. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed on for noncompliance of payment of Batta. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
