By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to cancel the fraudulent sale deed dated 23.01.2014 vide Document No.397 of 2014 on the file the Velacheri Sub Registrar Office, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2023.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has given representation to cancel the document registered in the year 2014, the same has not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction. 2/4

On perusal of the very representation itself indicates that there is no forgery involved, only the title dispute raised. 5.

Such things cannot be decided by the registering authority. Let the petitioner establish the right in the Civil Court. Hence, I do not find any merits in the Writ Petition.
