This application has been filed by the applicants to implead them as respondents 5 to 9 in the writ petition.

Since no objection has been raised by the writ petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application to implead the applicants as respondents 5 to 9 stands allowed.
