O R D E R

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have made the balance payment due to the petitioner after adjusting the amount which the petitioner requested the authorities in order to make the payment.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have paid the balance amount of Rs.21,79,106/- to the petitioner vide cheque No.259017 dated 09.12.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner after taking time to verify the aforesaid fact, has confirmed the petitioner having received the aforesaid amount.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, since the petitioner while approaching this Court by the present writ petition, has sought for balance amount after adjusting the amount of Rs.1,65,936.80/- to be recovered, and as the said 2/4

amount has been paid by the respondents in December 2020, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are necessary.
