This Civil Miscellaneous Application has been filed to condone the delay in representation of C.M.P.SR.No.127389 of 2018. 2.The said Civil Miscellaneous Petition had been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased/2nd respondent. Registry had returned the same for such compliances and it is stated that it was returned during the vacation period and therefore, was not noticed by the counsel. There had been a delay. The appellant has taken advantage of the Covid shut down period from March - 2020 to May - 2022 to explain delay.

3.At any rate, since this is an application for representation and actually applications had been filed without any unnecessary delay, the delay in representation is condoned. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
