This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.05.2023.

2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner herein and the 3rd respondent have dispute over the property. In this regard, complaint has been given on 03.05.2023, alleging that, the 3rd respondent is preventing the petitioner from enjoying the property and also threatening him. Since no action taken on his representation dated 03.05.2023, hence, present petition is filed, seeking police protection.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2023 is closed as 'mistake of facts', after conducting enquiry on 09.05.2023 and 11.05.2023. The parties are directed to work out their remedy before the Civil Court.
