Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent dated 09.10.2015 and quash the same as illegal and unsustainable and further direct the second respondent to issue a patta to the petitioner to the property occupied by the petitioner to the properties situated in S.No.C/16/95, Coonoor Town, Nilgiris District.

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:

"The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, since there is a provision for appeal as against the impugned order. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Costs made easy. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
