Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent in proceedings No.1407/A1/2012 dated 01.02.2013 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in proceedings No.3778/A1/2003 dated 30.12.2003 and to quash the same and consequently directing the official respondents to confer all the rightful benefits to the petitioner including salary for the period of suspension and sanctioning of increments and all the retirement benefits by allowing the petitioner to retire from service on the date of superannuation, with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary along with interest, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
