W.P.No.20344 of 2008: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of india praying for the issue of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.124732/2006 Sa.Pa.1 dated 10.08.2007 passed by the 1st respondent and the consequential order in Na.Ka.113433/2007 Sa.Pa.1 dated 31.10.2007 passed by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service of secretary post of the Kammavarpalayam Primary Agricultural CoOperative Bank Ltd., with all attendant benefits payable to the petitioner from 26.10.2004 to till the date of reinstatement into the service.
