Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent in his proceedings A.No.8/15 dated 21.9.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant Selection Grade and Special Grade of Pay retrospectively on par with the similarly placed persons and pay the arrears as per the calculations submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period.

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent in his proceedings A.No.8/15 dated 21.9.2015 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant Selection Grade and Special Grade of Pay retrospectively on par with the similarly placed persons and pay the arrears as per the calculations submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties for some time.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is denied the benefit of selection/special grade of pay by the fourth respondent. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to submit her representation to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras viz., the first respondent herein in continuation of the prayer, who shall consider the same and pass orders as to the entitlement of the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
