ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Placing reliance upon the Government order passed in G.O.(M.S.)No.210, Revenue (S.S.I(1)) Department dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.07.2011, the petitioner made a representation on 11.09.2015 to the respondents, seeking to include his name in Patta No.222 issued in respect of S.No.96/1. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the third respondent, to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third parties, whose names are found in the patta as of now, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
