The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners had filed SLP No.9644 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Apex Court challenging the conditional order imposed on the second petitioner in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.14285 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024 to deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2023 and the order of this Court has been set aside by the Hon'ble Apex Court and the petitioners have been directed to join for investigation as and when called for.
