The Deputy Tahsildar cum Executive Magistrate Karaikal Puducherry ..Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of refusal passed in No.7465/TOK/B2/2015 dated 16.11.2015 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and direct the respondent to issue fresh community certificate to the petitioner that he belongs to Hindu-Malai Kuravan (Backward Tribe) community based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner dated 29.10.2014.
