Crl.M.P.No.8500 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4641 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4641 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 06.30p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8 (c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4641 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
