This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4630 of in Crl.O.P.No.28622 of 2023 vide order dated 04.04.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner, apart from the Court hearings, shall also appear before the trial Court on the first and last working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am., until completion of the trial.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
