ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to 7th respondent is dispensed with.

2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 22.12.2025 and 25.01.2026, take appropriate action against 7th respondent Thirumurugan and his supporters permitting petitioner to do uninterrupted services for the smooth and effective administration of A/M. Vembiamman Thirukoil, Thaiyur as its Hereditary

Trustee.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that petitioner's representations dated 22.12.2025 and 25.01.2026 would be considered by constituting a Peace Committee comprising inter alia, the petitioner, HR & CE Officials, 7th respondent and any other interested parties, and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to petitioner, 7th respondent and other interested parties within a time period to be stipulated by this Court.

4. There shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 22.12.2025 and 25.01.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, 7th respondent and any other interested persons within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order. It is open to the concerned respondent to constitute a Peace Committee of the members as submitted supra and try to resolve the issues. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the case on its own merits and in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
