ORDER
Seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai, to pass an order on the negative report filed by the respondent in RCS No.43 of 2013 dated 10.11.2013, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that after conducting investigation, the respondent police filed a referred charge sheet in RCS No.43 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai on 10.11.2013.
4.Though, the referred charge sheet was filed by the respondent police as early as on 10.11.2013, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Judicial Magistrate has not passed any order thereon either accepting or rejecting the same.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that when the petitioner applied for passport, the police have given no objection but, the same has not been accepted by the Passport Officer, on the ground that there is no judicial order passed on RCS No.43 of 2013 dated 10.11.2013. 6.Under such circumstances, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai to pass appropriate orders in RCS No.43 of 2013 dated 10.11.2013, if not already passed, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
