ORDER

The petitioner has filed a Memo dated 10.08.2016, stating among other things, challenging the legality of the order of suspension, the writ petition came to be filed and since it has been revoked by the 2nd respondent, vide order dated 08.08.2016, in the light of the undertaking given by the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.K.Kumaresh Babu, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, who would submit that the order of suspension passed against the petitioner, has been revoked and also produced the copy of the proceedings dated 08.08.2016.

In the light of the said development, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
