O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to produce the sureties as granted vide order dated 16.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6545 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that eventhough the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 16.09.2020 and the order copy was made ready on 12.10.2020, the counsel went to his native place due to covid-19 and he had returned only on 28.10.2020 and hence, the petitioners were unable to surrender and execute the sureties and thereby, he would seek time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
