Respondents Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to accept unnumbered I.A .... of 2016 filed under Order V Rule 20 for substituted service and order publication against the 1st defendant in the suit O.S.No.212 of 2016 For Petitioner :

ORDER
Heard Mr.Prakash Goklaney, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. A petition filed by the revision petitioner was returned by the trial Court doubting the maintainability of the petition on some grounds. Instead of re-presenting the same explaining how the petition is maintainable and inviting an order either rejecting or dismissing or accepting the petition, the petitioner has chosen to rush to this Court with the petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. There is no merit in the revision and the same deserves to be dismissed at the threshold.
Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. The petitioner can represent the petition inviting the order indicated above. The original petition returned by the trial Court shall be returned to the petitioner for being represented in the trial Court.
