Crl.M.P.No.8450 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29272 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1748 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29272 of 2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-2, Pollachi, and the next hearing date is on 21.08.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1748 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29272 of 2022, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-2, Pollachi, on 21.08.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
